Accessing Your Voicemail

For those who have their phone service through us here at Triad Cyber Solutions, there are a few ways you can use your phone to access your voicemails!

Access your voicemail through your office phone/extension:
  1. Dial ** plus your extension number (aka mailbox number). Example **1234
  2. You will be prompted for a password/PIN; enter your PIN followed by the # sign.
  3. Choose your desired action from the voicemail box menu.

Access your voicemail through another office phone/extension:
  1. Dial *97
  2. You will be prompted for your extension number (aka mailbox number); enter your extension number followed by the # sign.
  3. You will be prompted for a password/PIN; enter your PIN followed by the # sign.
  4. Choose your desired action from the voicemail box menu.
