How Do I Use My Virtual Faxbox?

We are lucky to be able to offer a virtual fax machine option to our phone management clients called Faxbox! This awesome feature allows our clients to send and receive faxes through their email and really simplifies the faxing process.

If you have a faxbox with us, follow these instructions to start faxing!

  1. Compose a new email.
  2. Set the TO email address using the format of "PHONENUMBER@ACCOUNT.faxboxes.com"
    1. To clarify, an example would be "To: 1234567890@triadcybersolutions.faxboxes.com"
  3. Add an attachment of what you would like to fax. Only the email attachment will be sent as the fax; nothing that is sent in the message body will be transmitted. You may only attach one file at a time.
    1. Allowed attachment formats are:
      1. PDF
      2. TIFF
      3. Word
      4. Excel
      5. Powerpoint
      6. Any doc types of vnd.openxmlformarts-officedocument
      7. Application/vnd.oasis.opendocument
    2. Files cannot exceed 10 megabytes in size
